In this session, learn from hands on proposal managers and writers the top tips for getting your proposal process, from sourcing to post-submission follow through, standardized to ensure your organization is managing resources and supporting growth initiatives. Presenters from BerryDunn in partnership with UMass Medical School will share their best practices in a fun and interactive way. UMass Medical School

As part of the UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine division, Gail is the Associate Director for Strategic Growth and Business Development. She works for the public service solutions consulting and operations division, operating in 25 states and 10 countries. As part of her responsibilities, she oversees proposal development. In the past three years, Gail has responded to more than 200 RFPS resulting in more than $50M in new revenue.
