If It's Broke, Fix It
This session is intended for small proposal shops, where the proposal team - of One, more often than not - must successfully lead an ever increasing number of proposals with less time and more pressure.
Working with a group of "we've always done it this way" writers, reviewers, and stakeholders is maddening. You want to improve your process, gain efficiencies, and get the most return on your investment with often limited support or resources. Everyone expects you to make it better, as long as they don't have to change.
The struggle is real. You aren't alone.
n this workshop, we'll cover strategies for transitioning nay-sayers into advocates, review examples of successful lessons learned with tangible results, and strategize solutions to challenges that won't overwhelm the very ones you want to help change. Come share, discover, and inspire.
