Michele Rochon has led proposals for 15 years in senior management roles for four global engineering/consulting firms: AECOM, Tetra Tech, WSP and presently, Stantec. These proposals included public and private sector submissions in the water/transportation infrastructure, oil and gas, buildings, and mining sectors. Michele achieved Foundation Level Accreditation with the APMP in 2007, and went on to lead global proposal teams primarily for civil engineering and consulting projects for several years. Michele’s articles on best practices and innovation have appeared in Architecture, Engineering Business publications, the APMP Journal and a variety of publications in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction sphere. Michele has delivered dozens of workshops and webinars on proposal writing, storytelling, editing and business strategy.
