Accreditation Mentoring Program
Start Thinking About Your Practitioner Accreditation Today by Choosing Your Mentor
An Accreditation Mentoring Program is available to help those seeking Practitioner Level and Professional Level Accreditation. Mentors are APMP Practitioners and Professionals who have been trained by the APMP Chief Examiner to ensure the coaching they provide is consistent and meets the Accreditation Program standards. Their aim is to help you understand, plan, and complete your Proposal Practitioner Assessment Questionnaire (PPAQ) for Practitioner Accreditation and the Proposal Professional Impact Paper (PPIP) for Professional Accreditation. See if there is a mentor who you know, or who is located near you. Regardless, select and directly contact the mentor of your choice for assistance.
Becoming an APMP Mentor Earns CEUs
All mentors are volunteers who want to help and encourage others to continually develop by becoming professionally accredited. Therefore mentors will earn 10 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) points for each 12-month period they are available to mentor others. If you have APMP Practitioner or Professional Accreditation and would like to become a mentor, please contact Cathy Day, PPF.APMP and APMP Chief Examiner, accreditation@apmp.org.
