Jessica Morgenstern, Business Development Operations Manager with Northrop Grumman, has 25+ years experience working for government and private industry as a senior business developer, capture manager, and proposal manager. A 10+ year APMP member, Jessica has actively served on the International APMP Board of Directors for seven years. She was inducted into the APMP Fellows Class of 2007. She received the 2004 APMP Compatriots Award for her work on the Early Industry Involvement Survey. She has been a consistent presenter at the international conferences over the past several years. She was elected in December to the APMP International Board of Directors as Secretary.
