Lessons Learned - Tales From The Coal Face

We are delighted to announce our 17 March UKAPMP chapter evening event "Lessons Learned - Tales From The Coal Face" - a talk by one of our very own seasoned professionals, Phil Henley.

The session will provide members with some of Phil's bid and proposal lessons learned from his career running major projects in both the public and private sectors. This useful and personal insight will give you some ideas on how you can handle difficult situations in highly pressured bidding environments.

Throughout his career, Phil has managed projects from £10,000 to £400m, including large outsourcing contracts. His experience of managing bids and proposals with a diverse range customers across a wide array of market sectors will ensure that the talk has relevant take-aways for all members.
