About the NY Metro Chapter of APMP
The Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) serves proposal managers and related professionals throughout the world. As part of its mission to advance the art, science and technology of proposal management, APMP aims to reach as much of its target audience as possible.
Chartered in January 2007, the NY Metro Chapter of the APMP, serving members who live or work in the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut, provides a forum for education, the exchange of information, and social gatherings for area proposal managers.
A “Virtual Chapter”
Due to the large geographic area served by the chapter, NY Metro holds both “virtual” meetings (conducted by teleconference) and in-person meetings. The group as a whole meets at least once per quarter; local coordinators within each state organize smaller, in-person group meetings for members close by. We held our charter meeting on February 15, 2007.
