TOPIC: Don't Bore Me! Perfecting the 30-Second Intro.

Every business person needs a tight 30-second intro that doesn't bore the audience or sound like everyone else's intro. How can you make yours stand out? Let writer and entrepreneur Alice Osborn show you how to make your listeners care by discussing the elements of a good intro that uses strong action verbs and nouns to create memorable images. She'll also share how to vary your intro depending upon your audience and the impression you care to create. If you remember that your 30-second intro is more about your listener than about you, you'll always leave a positive impression. (Visit Alice's blog at
