You have a complex business case to make. There are multiple stakeholders, all with a point of view. Your job is to produce an accessible, fluent and jargon-free proposal. Not easy – because what we mean to say too often gets lost in a fog of wordiness and committee-writing. It's a challenging job and Mark is a challenging speaker. His methods are robust, sometimes controversial - but always practical. Come prepared for a lively debate.
