Christmas Dinner

Join our seasonal social and networking evening and enjoy all the ingredients of a 
great Christmas celebration!

Arrive at 6.00pm for drinks and networking with a complimentary glass of 
Prosecco Kir Royal, Prosecco or soft drink before sitting down at 6.45pm for a 
sparkling,  three course festive dinner in excellent company - and another glass of wine!

Loch Fyne's great menu is listed below with your menu choice 
required when booking.
 
We will be served in a semi-private dining area upstairs, overlooking the water.

Potted Bradan Rost kiln roasted Scottish salmon fillet with horseradish,whisky and char-grilled granary bread

Scottish Rope-Grown Mussels in a white wine, cream & garlic sauce with crusty white bread

Chicken Liver Parfait with a spiced apricot & cranberry chutney and granary bread

Seafood Tempura of farmed Scottish salmon fillet, king prawn and squid with a chilli & sesame dressing

Farmed Gilt-Head Bream Fillet with pak choi, fennel, new potatoes and a chilli & coriander butter

Pan-Roasted Barbary Duck Breast with curly kale, pancetta, mashed potato and a red wine, port & orange jus

28 Day Aged Char-Grilled West Country Sirloin Steak with twice-cooked British chips, garlic mushrooms and peppercorn sauce

Roasted Vegetable Tart aubergine, courgette, red pepper, tomato and mozzarella with rocket pesto and a caramelised red onion risotto

Pan-Fried Scottish Salmon Fillet with braised red cabbage, sautéed potatoes, toasted hazelnuts and a horseradish cream
