Title: Current & Emerging Trends in Bid Protests with GAO
Description: Please join Lanier Ford Attorneys at Law, J. Dale Gipson and Tracy Marion, for a discussion regarding bid protests with GAO. Since the bid protest process can severely disrupt a business and the delivery for a client, the best way to prevent this disruption is to understand how the bid protest process works. And if you are on the other side of the protest (i.e., the protester), it can open new business opportunities if the ruling is in your favor. So please join us for this great topic and for the opportunity to network with your colleagues, find potential business opportunities, find or offer to be a mentor to a fellow professional, and partake of some great food!
Date & Time: December 1st, 5:30 – 7:00
Location: Aerojet Rocketdyne, 555 Discovery Dr, Huntsville, AL 35806
