Proposal, business development, and capture strategy professionals are often mystified by what happens behind closed doors, when the government conducts source selections and evaluates proposals. To win federal contracts, it’s critical to understand the government evaluation process and not be fooled by misconceptions. This presentation offers several "myth-busters” to help you avoid the most common mistakes in proposal and capture strategy. 

Part Two of Two in this webinar series, held Feb. 17, will address what to do after a proposal has been submitted and the evaluation is complete, including how to prepare for debriefs, whether to protest, and details about the process.

About the Presenter
Christoph Mlinarchik, JD, CFCM, is an attorney, professional instructor, consultant, and author of 50+ publications on contract law and acquisitions. As owner of Christoph LLC, he teaches courses and advises on contracting, source selections, proposals, bid protests, and government contract law to federal, military, and private industry professionals nationwide—from novices to C-level executives. Christoph is transitioning from federal service to a position as a contracting subject matter expert (SME) for several senior officials at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (AT&L), and the Pentagon. He will continue to provide teaching, seminars, and consulting on federal contracts. He previously served as an Air Force JAG acquisitions attorney. Christoph was recently honored with the "Top Professionals Under 40” award by National Contract Management Association.
