The days of responding to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs without compliance and/or legal approval are over. Proposal Management ‘best practices’ today are designed around centrally stored and controlled data that is accessible based on a person’s role…and in a form that is pre-approved and unalterable by the recipient. Achieving this requires faith in the technology and the discipline to use the technology correctly. If improved proposal management workflows with adequate controls are not implemented, companies can be put at risk, and proposal professionals will struggle to keep up as information requests get larger and deadlines shorter and shorter.
Leslie Hatcher joined Proposal Software, Inc. (PSI) in 2008. As Director of US Sales, she offers a consultative approach to new business development. She is currently responsible for developing relationships with proposal management teams throughout the Southeast. Prior to PSI, Leslie spent more than 18 years at INVESCO NA where she managed several marketing and communications teams for both the institutional and retirement divisions.
Leslie graduated with a B.A. degree in political science and history from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
