Highspeed Bidding and the OMG Momentum: or How to Avoid Last Minute Chaos

Chris Kaelin, CPP APMP Fellow
Managing Partner,  CSK Management GmbH

Sure, in theory, you know best practice, you know what to do in order to produce a perfect proposal. Great. But you simply don't have the time for all of this as the deadline is approaching very, very fast. In a very entertaining way, he presents effective ways to speed up your proposal process without giving up quality. This workshop-style session explains methods to reduce the workload in your bidding process and it provides hints on how to prioritize proposal tasks to make sure you can submit a first class bid document on time. The session will help proposal professionals (from the commercial AND the government proposals world) to master the proposal process under time pressure.
