Improve Transparency of your RFP Process to Management

Chuck McGavren, CF APMP
RFP Manager, Interactive Services, West Corporation

Nancy Bergantzel
Sales Engineer, West Corporation

Keep the boss informed about how RFP progress is going and get a leg up on your internal competition to be the best resource for managing RFPs. Attendees will learn about generating an executive dashboard for a transparent process with simple MS Office tools. The tools are agnostic with major proposal automation systems. Keep your effort minimal and your boss confident in the process. Show her how much everyone has to do, how each resource moves toward their individual goals. Help everyone keep on track knowing their work is valued and visible. Give your management's status board a boost with some graphics you generate and increase the confidence of your management in RFP operations. Show drill downs on which questions are answered, who has the biggest workload. Attendees get an Excel file with an example plus formulas for developing their own visual graphs for communication with their management.
