The Art of the Selfless Selfie: Crafting Images that Support Your Value Proposition
Larry Newman, CPP APMP Fellow
Vice President and Partner, Shipley Associates
A selfie is typically a self-portrait photograph, invariably the antithises of a customer-focused image. In this presentation, we will take an informative and entertaining look at the concept of selfies and how images can be conceptualized that memorably link the customer's needs to the seller's value proposition. We will review examples, suggest some do's and don'ts, offer relevant proposal examples, and engage participants in conceptualizing customer-focused for typical proposal situations.
