Steps to More Effective Team Collaborative Writing
This session presents an approach to writing referred to as the "Plan Driven Writing Methodology (PDW)." It explores how PDW can be used to increase the effectiveness of the kinds of Team Collaborative Writing efforts typically utilized in Bid Proposal projects of all types. It will explore how the methodology can be used to enhance the management of the writing process and facilitate positive group interactions. In particular, attention is given to how the writing methodology can be made to work in concert with various group processes such as team building, group decision making and team maintenance. The goal of the session is to provide the attendee with knowledge of a new set of tools to place in the Proposal Preparation Arsenal with suggestions on how to apply that tool set for the greatest advantage.
