Make Your Proposal a Winner by Putting on the Client’s Hat: Responsive, Persuasive Content meets Page ArchitectureTM

Nancy Webb
Visual Communication Strategist, Nancy Webb Graphic Design

Beverley Sinclair, CF APMP
Consultant

To stand out, a proposal must be more than compliant—it must be client-focused. But what does that really mean? And what can a proposal team do to create content and page layouts that are more client-focused? This session introduces tools and techniques that will help you put the interests, values, and needs of the client first, from both written and visual perspectives.

We’ll discuss what needs to happen during the communication process to ensure your message is successfully delivered, and how people take in information so you can accommodate hard-wired predispositions and preferences.

You will learn how to:

  • Identify and respond to unstated information requirements and understand the complexities of the communication process.
  • Create pages that support and enhance your message by understanding visual (vs. verbal) communication and communicating more effectively through Page ArchitectureTM.
  • Become more client-focused.
