All www.apmp.org visitors can browse postings without having to sign in. Members must sign in to apply directly to your message inbox. However, you can provide response instructions in your visible content if you want public visitors/members to directly link back to your email or site without signing in.

Employer/Recruiters can browse member résumés, and retrieve responses from applicants in your message inbox (by setting the job posting form for applicants to apply online). You can disable or edit your job posts and even see how many views or applicants a job you posted has received.
