This talk will take attendees through the use of simple tools and techniques that will help them to develop Personal Development Plans (PDP) for themselves and/or their teams. Then it will cover recognized best practices for implementing those plans with a range of personal development approaches. The presenter will share his experience and knowledge of competency assessing a range of business development professionals, including those in sales, capture, bids and proposal management roles. Using examples, he will show attendees how to complete a career-enhancing PDP and how to work with individuals and teams to develop competence.

A fully accredited proposal professional under the APMP Certification Program, Tony’s background is in sales in the defense & IT sectors.
