Developing Relevance in Commercial Business: Achieving Success with a Process and Metrics

To find success within commercial business, it is important to have well-defined processes and procedures supported by industry best practices. Understanding how to take best practices, tailor them to your business, gain support from senior management and executive teams and implement them is often very challenging.  In this session, attendees will learn how to develop processes, storyboarding, knowledge management, relevant metric reporting and building a proposal team’s reputation within the organization.

Tracie Bretecher, CP APMP, has 10+ years’ proposal management experience.  She has been with Long View Systems (an IT services provider) since 2008 where she established its proposal management department and implemented a systematic approach to proposal development. She made significant impacts to the business and solidified her team as a strategic part of the organization. Tracie recently achieved APMP’s Practitioner level certification and is working toward her Professional level.
