Cancellation and Refund Policies

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE CUTOFF DATE FOR EACH PHASE LISTED WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE FEE LEVEL BASED ON THE REGISTRATION DATE. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving either written or electronic request. Replacements may be designated until May 12, 2012. A $150.00 administrative charge will apply to cancellations made through COB March 12, 2012. Cancellations from March 12, 2011 to COB May 12, 2012, will be assessed a $350 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 12, 2012. Requests for refunds must be submitted electronically to: alert@apmp.org or mailed to: APMP, PO Box 77272, Washington, DC 20013. Annual membership dues of $125.00 are non-refundable.
