Plan to Win! Developing a Comprehensive Commercial Proposal Checklist

Saturday, May 28, 2016 | 10:50 AM - 11:50 AM | Commonwealth

Lori Mathews

Brandy Sularz
The Proposal Checklist is a tool specifically geared for commercial proposals; it increases efficiency and organization and improves the process for managing compliance and responsiveness. Short proposal durations make it difficult to develop storyboards, compliance matrices, calendars, and responses to the RFP while maintaining the efficiency and organization necessary to assemble a quality, compliant proposal. The Proposal Checklist showcased in this session is the "recipe” for your entire proposal, serving as the overall outline, project schedule, and compliance matrix in one comprehensive document to successfully guide your proposal team throughout the process.
