*NOTE: Multiple Registration (per person fees above) is two or more member registrations submitted at the same time from the same company. Each attendee must complete a separate registration form. Cancellation and Refund Policies. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the written request. Replacements may be designated until May 26, 2008. A $100 administrative charge will apply to cancellations made through COB March 31, 2008. Cancellations after March 31, to COB May 23, 2008, will be assessed a $300.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after COB Friday, May 23, 2008. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to: APMP, PO Box 668 Dana Point, CA 92629-0668. Annual membership dues of $125.00 are non-refundable.
