*NOTE: Multiple Registration (per person fees above) is two or more member registrations submitted at the same time from the same company. Each member planning to attend the conference must complete a separate registration, and indicate multiple registration. Cancellation and Refund Policies. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE CUTOFF DATE FOR EACH PHASE LISTED WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE FEE LEVEL BASED ON THE REGISTRATION DATE. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving either written or electronic request. Replacements may be designated until June 1, 2010. A $150.00 administrative charge will apply to cancellations made through COB March 14, 2010. Cancellations from March 15, 2010 to COB May 23, 2010, will be assessed a $350 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 23, 2010. All dates and times are based on Pacific Time. Requests for refunds must be submitted electronically to: apmpinfo@apmp.org or mailed to: APMP, PO Box 668 Dana Point, CA 92629-0668. Annual membership dues of $125.00 are non-refundable.
