What happens if I decide not to join the Academy before it starts?

If you inform us that you wish to remove yourself from the cohort before the date of the onboarding and welcome session, there are two options: you can either defer to another cohort, or you can receive a refund of 75% of the enrolment price.

I have submitted my application why can't I access the Academy immediately?

Thank you for submitting your application to join the APMP Leadership Academy. We are in the process of ensuring that this is the right learning experience for you. Once this has been done, you will be notified of your acceptance. On successful receipt of payment, you will be given full access to the Leadership Academy.

What happens if I no longer want to continue after the start of the Academy?

If you decide to leave the Academy after the date of the first live learning session (Module 1 of the program) there will be no refund available to you. However, there is an option that you can defer to a later cohort if that is of interest.

Life got in the way, and I missed a live session what happens now?

We understand that there are so many things that everyone is juggling, so sometimes, we do miss the live sessions. Not to worry if this happens. You will receive an e-mail asking what support you would like to receive for your learning journey and to ensure that you do not fall behind the rest of the cohort. However, if you are going to miss a live session, please let us know beforehand ([email protected]) so that we can make any adjustments to breakouts, or work with accountability partners as needed.

I have completed a couple of the modules, but I am no longer interested in completing the rest of the Academy because my role has changed. Can I get a refund?

You are not entitled to a refund if you have taken part in any of the Academy after the date of the first live learning session. However, if you want to talk to one of the instructors about what you have learned to date, that can be arranged to support you in embedding what you have learned so far.

I've had my place accepted in the Leadership Academy for the next cohort, but I want to defer. Can I do that?

You can defer as long as you inform us before the date of the first live learning session. However, as places are granted based on information shared during the application process, you may be asked to complete another application form or answer additional questions to ensure your suitability for the program.

I have paid for a place in the Leadership Academy, but I think it would be better for someone else on my team to do this. Can I transfer my seat to another?

If you inform us before the date of the first live learning session, you can transfer your seat to another member of your team. However, that individual will need to complete the application process, and we reserve the right to not accept this individual if certain criteria are not met. If this is the case, you can receive a refund of up to 75% of the enrollment fee.

This topic, Executive Summaries, is way underrated. The Executive Summary is the most eye-catching document, which almost everyone on the customer side reads. Yet, in most bid teams, we don’t dedicate the attention it deserves. I want to learn about something I can immediately put into practice at my workplace, which provides a “quick win” to the team and is a long-term benefit for the company.
