Lucy is a Senior Recruiter at SMA, LinkedIn Expert, Talent Advisor and a new APMP Member. She considers herself to be an ambassador for both the candidate and the company she’s hiring for and works tirelessly to promote both. Lucy was previously a recruiter for Insight Global, a leading staffing firm, and Mopro and Ghost Management Group, both tech startups. Lucy joined SMA in 2017. She was born in Lima, Peru, and migrated to California with her family in 2001. In 2014, she received a BA in Global Studies from the University of California Santa Barbara with honors.
