Andrew Kreinik is Regional Manager at the Office of International Trade and Investment in the Maryland Department of Commerce. Previously, he was Senior International Growth Consultant at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) based at the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) and is a certified trainer for professionals interested in testing for the CGBP designation. 

Carey Arun is an experienced business development, program management, and contracts professional with more than 14 years of experience supporting the federal government as an employee and as a government contractor. Carey is currently a Commercial Officer with the US Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration Foreign Service – US Commercial Service. She currently serves at the US Export Assistance Center (USEAC) in Baltimore, Maryland where she assists Maryland clients with trade barriers, market potential, commercial diplomacy in order to export their products and services overseas both to foreign governments and commercial clients.
