It is one thing to improve the win rate of a business unit or to intervene to win a single key pursuit, but it’s quite another to adopt and sustain that change across a whole business. The webinar will cover what Jeremy has found in his research and work in landing and driving momentum in raising win rates organisation wide.

Jeremy will cover the key enablers required to drive positive change through a business with enduring impact - from sponsorship, knowing your why, one process, clear roles and responsibilities and fostering tendering savvy, to how you structure your approach to let winning innovation thrive

Jeremy will then talk through how you make that stick – baking winning into the DNA of the business - using the learning and development concept of 70:20:10 and talking through how it has evolved since its inception in the 1980’s to today. He will cover typical learning models in bids and proposals, both for the bidding community and their stakeholders, and how they need to change to be organised into interventions across the spectrum of structured, social and on the job learning opportunities .
