Winning Executive Summaries – A 1/2-day session prior to the November 7th APMP Nor'easters' Annual Fall Symposium. This session will provide best practices and guidelines for developing a proposal executive summary that articulates clear value to the customer. Entry-level and experienced proposal professionals in both the commercial and government markets will benefit from the session. Participants will learn from each other and have the opportunity to evaluate sample executive summaries against industry best practice. The session includes the Shipley Proposal Guide, planning templates, and a workbook. Brad Douglas from Shipley Associates will facilitate the session. Maximum 15 participants.
