Sooner or later we are all required to develop and deliver presentations for our co-workers, bosses, customers, or prospects. Most of us are either deathly afraid of public speaking, don't know where to start, or end up with a boring presentation that takes too long to develop.  The vast majority of business presentations are bad...really bad. Chris shares his secrets to designing and developing a presentation in one hour, based on a real-life coaching project with a large system integrator. The presentation content includes ten tips for presentation design, development, and delivery that has helped customers win billions in new business revenue.

Chris Simmons is the founder and principal member of Rainmakerz Consulting, a business development consulting company responsible for generating $82 billion in new business contracts for 150 customers. Chris is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with 28 years’ experience as a business development executive (CGI) and a director/partner (Deloitte Consulting).  He is an active APMP member on a number of local and national committees, and was an APMP National Capital Area Board Member (2008-2011) instrumental in doubling chapter membership. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a BA in Psychology and earned his MBA in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst). He lives in Washington, DC with his wife (Adrienne) and two sons (Spencer and Shea).
