Event Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time, by contacting Member Services. We will honor transfers reported in advance.
If a registration is canceled on or before March 26, 2023, we will refund the registration.
If a registration is canceled on or before April 9, 2023, we will refund 75% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular).
If a registration is canceled on or before April 23, 2023, we will refund 50% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular).
If a registration is canceled on or before May 7, 2023, there will be no refunds for cancellations. Again, registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time, provided we are notified ahead of time.
If our event is canceled due to the inability to meet because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be offering registrants a full refund.
APMP Certification Day | Sunday, May 21, 2023

Certification Day is not included in BPC event registration.
Foundation-Level Certification - Training and Exam
This is a day-long intensive Foundation-level certification course that will conclude with an in-person exam. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a bid and proposals environment. This is available as an in-person offering only. At its completion, candidates sit the paper-based, multiple-choice exam. Results (pass/fail) are delivered immediately.
Time: 9 am - 5 pm (tentative)
Cost: $750 members | $950 non-members (for the course, exam, and includes lunch)

Practitioner-Level Certification - Training
This is a 3-hour Practitioner-level certification prep course that does not include the Practitioner exam. This is available as an in-person offering. Please note: Candidates for the Practitioner-level certification must be APMP members in good standing and have earned the APMP Foundation-level certification. Candidates must also have at least three years of experience in the bid and proposal field.
Time: 9 am - 12 pm
Cost: $300 members

Professional Level Certification - Primer
This is a 1-hr Professional primer session. All are welcome to join this session and hear about how attaining the highest level of APMP certification can boost your professional career.

The Hotel Service Fee is waived if the reservation is booked in the APMP hotel room block. The Hotel Fee provides use of resort activities and amenities including: guest room internet, (2) bottled waters (refreshed daily upon consumption), In Room coffee and Tea, unlimited access for local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls, intra-property transportation, unlimited 24-hour access to Stay-Fit fitness center, 7-hole Pitch & Putt, 5 Holes Miniature Golf, golf driving range access, court time at the Racquet Club for individual guest play for a walk on basis only (Court Fees will apply for reserved guaranteed court times), basketball, volleyball, rock climbing wall and all water sports including non-motorized boats (Hydro bikes, sail boats, paddle boats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles and quadricycles,(with helmet). I mile and 3 mile mapped outdoor jogging course. Also included is scheduled, complimentary shuttle to Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure theme parks.
