Event Cancellation Policy
Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time, by contacting Member Services. We will honor transfers reported in advance.
If a registration is canceled on or before March 4, 2022, we will refund the registration.
If a registration is canceled on or before March 22, 2022, we will refund 75% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular).
If a registration is canceled on or before April 22, 2022, we will refund 50% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular).
Less than a month prior to the event, there will be no refunds for cancellations. Again, registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time, provided we are notified ahead of time.
If our event is canceled due to the inability to meet because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be offering registrants a full refund.

Please note the following Fees & taxes are not included in subtotals:
- $20.00 Nightly Resort Fee plus tax Per Night.
- 13.00% Room Tax Per Night.

Room rates shown do not include 13.00% Room Tax Per Night (subject to change) and any applicable resort fees. Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees, but not any applicable resort fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
Child Policy
Children 12 years of age or younger stay free in their parent's room.
