APMP Releases New U.S. Compensation Report 2015
Survey Analysis Reveals Details on Multi Roles for Industry

Washington, DC, June 5, 2015APMP® has released the newest 2015 APMP U.S. Compensation Report, an analysis of professional profile information, compensation levels, and benefits for proposal, bid, capture, business development, sales and marketing professionals in the United States. The survey is available to all APMP members through the APMP website.

"This survey was fielded in direct response to members’ need for compensation and benefit information, based on various job roles in a range of areas across the United States,” said Rick Harris, Executive Director, APMP. "Our industry carries a variety of job titles. In addition to the rich content the results of this survey provide, the APMP membership will see a direct alignment of the primary job roles listed in the survey and those referenced in the APMP Body of Knowledge.”

The survey results are based on confidential survey responses submitted by 991 individuals during the spring of 2015. The results illustrate general guidelines APMP members can use to understand compensation packages in different regions and to present their supervisors with industry-proven statistics to support their position. At the end of 2013 the previous compensation survey was fielded and drew in 1,095 responses, resulting in a 117 page report that was published in 2014.

In the future, to yield substantial results and market research, members will be asked to respond to the survey, in order to receive access to it.

An independent research firm, Industry Insights, compiled, tabulated and analyzed the 2015 APMP U.S. Compensation Report.

A similar survey is being developed for the APMP Australia New Zealand (ANZ) Chapter, in response to marked chapter growth and requests for information to better understand the professional profile and experience of industry professionals in that region.
