APMP Hires Membership and Chapter Coordinator

Washington, DC – February 15, 2012 – The Association of Proposal Management Professionals® (APMP®) has hired Lauren Williams as the Membership and Chapter Coordinator, responsible for membership, event management and logistics and maintaining APMP member information on and related social media sites.

Ms. Williams is a member relations expert with broad association experience and success growing new member programs. Her experience includes training and support for more than 50 national and international chapters of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). Ms. Williams has worked to provide members with training and support and contributed to the production of monthly newsletters. She also served as the Membership and Chapter Relations Coordinator for the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE), where she launched a new membership program, increasing participation by more than 250 student members in less than one year. She was formerly the Executive Assistant to the leadership of USA Girl Scouts Overseas, an organization serving more than 18,000 members in 90 countries.
