APMP PIC Mission

APMP's Procurement Improvement Committee (PIC) is dedicated to meeting with government executives, policy makers and congressional representatives in a collaborative environment to discuss how to make government procurement more effective and less costly for government and industry. 

The APMP PIC strives to make recommendations that can be implemented within the context of existing laws and regulations and/or recommend changing laws or regulations to improve efficiency or effectiveness.              

APMP's PIC expands an educational reach to include government representatives in its discussions on procurement improvement. APMP does not lobby or advocate for any companies or other organizations. APMP's PIC is intended to take the lead on working with the Government and industry, jointly, to improve the procurement process.
