With the public health and safety of the APMP community of utmost concern, APMP has decided to cancel BPC 2020. The event was to be held September 30 through October 3, 2020, at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, TN.
After much consideration, we have decided to cancel APMP’s Annual Conference for the following reasons:
- The health and safety of our APMP attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and guests is paramount. The City of Nashville had to go back to Phase 2 which is not a healthy environment for our members.
- We want to continue to do our part as your association to flatten the COVID-19 curve. It depends on all of us to contribute to this goal, including the association.
- We want to be able to see you next year in Denver, CO, without the fear and stress of potential illness.
We will also be reaching out to you in the coming weeks about transferring your BPC Nashville registration to BPC Denver 2021 or issuing you a BPC Nashville refund and providing refunds for previous cancellation fees that you may have incurred.
APMP staff is busy organizing our systems to discuss, record, and process the option you choose. We will be in touch with you no later than Friday, August 21, 2020, to learn your preference.
Please check out our FAQ page for more details.
If you booked your reservation within the APMP Housing block your reservation will be automatically canceled. You will receive an email from the Gaylord Opryland to confirm this. You will receive a refund of your housing deposit, but this could take up to 90 days from the cancellation because the venue needs to process these manually and is operating on a skeleton crew in their accounting department.
