She has been using InDesign for more than a decade and advocates for using the software to produce impactful, graphical, and reader-friendly page layouts.

Tim Snell, CPP APMP is an experienced trainer, facilitator and consultant who has built international proposal teams, guided change management programs and has deep exposure to developing winning cultures in Australasia, Europe and the Middle East. Using adaptive strategies, Tim has guided organisations and individuals as they grapple with the challenges of process management and team development across all dimensions of the BD organisation. Tim is currently Director of Bid & Capture at ICF and is based in London.
Bruce is a business communications and development professional with a real passion for design. He specializes in bringing strong design principles to proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
