Registrations may be transferred from one person to another up through the day of the event.

Cancellations made up to one week before the event will carry a $25 administrative charge.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after Thursday, December 1, 2016, 5:00 p.m. EST U.S.A.

Refund requests must be submitted electronically to or mailed to APMP, PO Box 77272, Washington, DC 20013. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the request.

APMP is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, travel delays or similar events.
