Updated August 2019
To make tracking APMP Certification Continuing Education Units (CEUs) easier for our members, APMP is making improvements to its CEU tracking.
We want to simplify the CEU tracking process for these reasons:
- To help APMP members stay current on their CEUs
- To ensure accuracy during annual member CEU audits
- To help members maintain their certification through the latest education earned through APMP
Please read the FAQs below to learn more about this new, simplified way to track your APMP certification CEUs.
Who can take advantage of these improvements? This affects any active APMP member who’s earned a Foundation, Practitioner, or Professional certification.
What improvements are being made? The areas of change include:
What about nonmembers - does this impact them? Not at all. Nonmembers are expected to track and maintain evidence of their CEUs as usual, in the case they are audited by APMP. They may continue to use whatever system they use today. These improvements will impact APMP members only.
When will all this happen? We will slowly rollout improvements throughout the fall of 2019. Some are already in place.
Where do I find my certification information? You'll find all of your certification information in two places:
- your member profile will indicate your current certification status (see graphic)
- your CEU Journal reflects the CEUs you’ve earned
Why are these improvements happening? You’ve worked hard to earn your APMP certification, and we want to make it as simple as possible for our members to maintain those credentials.
How do I renew my certification or track my CEUs? Learn more about renewing your certification or tracking your CEUs.
