Intrapreneurship for Proposal Teams: Understanding, Cultivating and Sustaining Creativity for Your Group and Your Organization

Proposal teams are fertile ground for innovation. Not only can your group innovate with your own work, but you can become an internal model of innovation - "intrapreneurs". How do we harness this for better proposals and stronger bid teams? This interactive workshop simulates the conditions under which intrapreneurship happens most often and most naturally. We will examine a model for establishing the habits and practices of intrapreneurship in the proposal team first. Then we will see how it can grow organically throughout your organization, with the proposal team at its center.
