You may not be Lois Lane chasing fires, robberies, runaway circus tigers, or Super Villains threatening the world. Yet, you can make your proposal writing newsworthy. This workshop will reveal the basics of journalistic newswriting and newspaper editing styles. With some advertising copywriter spin for fun. In this interactive workshop we will simulate a fast paced newsroom on deadline. Role playing will facilitate a news reporting challenges with visuals. Application to proposal writing stages. This workshop will inform AND provide interactive assignments in a daily newspaper setting.
