Mr. Alan Goldberg has been the Naval Air Systems Command Source Selection Office Director (NAVAIR) since 2000, leading some of the Navy’s largest and most complex competitive source selections. Mr. Goldberg has an B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.S in Systems Management, serving in the engineering and acquisition fields with NAVAIR since January 1977. He has been a member Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) since 2000 and is an APMP Fellow.

Richard Price is a Multi-discipline system engineer from Johns Hopkins University - Applied Physics Lab. Richard has a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland and is currently working on his Masters of Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Richard has worked as a system engineer supporting Department of Defense for 15+ years.

Richard has over 35 years’ experience developing models to support DoD programs. For the past 15 years he has been working on the integration of models and work management leading to the creation of Model-based Enterprise Management (MBEM). Richard has a B.S in Computer Science, an M.S in Systems Engineering and a PMP certification.
