Mr. Alan Goldberg has been the Naval Air Systems Command Source Selection Office Director (NAVAIR) since 2000, leading some of the Navy’s largest and most complex competitive source selections. Mr. Goldberg has an B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.S in Systems Management, serving in the engineering and acquisition fields with NAVAIR since January 1977. He has been a member Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) since 2000 and is an APMP Fellow.

Mr. Stanford is the Deputy Director of the Source Selection Office at the Naval Air Systems Command, with over 28 years of engineering and acquisition experience supporting various high dollar value, complex Navy programs ranging from design and development to maintenance and logistics. Mr. Stanford has spent the past 18 years in the NAVAIR Source Selection Office with vast source selection experience including technical team lead, source selection advisor, SSAC advisor, SSEB assistant Chair and SSEB Chair.
