Ms. Goren teaches a variety of custom-tailored Proposal Development and Capture courses, developed for her clients, and was a speaker at 2014, 2015 and 2016 APMP Bid and Proposal Conferences, as well as numerous APMP Chapter conferences and webinars. Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Goren had a successful business development career at companies such as ASRC and Raytheon and helped grown ASRC Primus from 2 to over 1,600 employees in just over 5 years.

She joined APMP International in 2015.

With over 20 years’ experience leading and motivating teams to success, Hélène has been engaged with APMP-NCA since 2007. She has chaired several committees, mentored junior members through the NCA Mentor-Protégé program, and is currently serving as NCA’s Vice President. She is the Director of Unisys Corporation’s Global Proposal Center, leading a team of more than 30 professionals in the preparation and delivery of winning proposals worldwide for national, state, local, and commercial clients. She holds a BA from Saint Joseph’s University, and JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, and is an APMP Fellow.
