She has successfully led a team of 3 graphics designers and over 10 capture managers in producing winning proposals with project fees valued from several hundred thousand dollars up to several million dollars. Recent successes include producing the winning bid for the relocation of an entire coastal community to a safer inland location, a potential precedent-setting endeavor that may assist other at-risk communities throughout the country.
