Kristin Dufrene, CPP APMP Fellow, has twenty-six years of experience in Federal sector business development, including capture management and proposal development. Kristin has been a member of APMP since 1995, and serves as the 2017 Chair of the International Board of Directors. She has led many joint Industry-Federal initiatives, including the Procurement Improvement Committee (PIC), the Federal Procurement Community, and the Government-Industry Acquisition Task Force. Kristin is currently Vice President of Proposal Development for Vencore. She was previously Vice President of Capture and Proposal Excellence for CACI, responsible for capture and proposal process development, training and enforcement, as well as corporate bid prioritization.

Christoph is an attorney, expert witness, professional instructor, consultant, and author of 50+ publications on government contracts and acquisitions. He teaches courses and advises on contracting, source selections, bid protests, and Government contract law to federal, military, and private industry professionals nationwide—from novices to C-level executives. As a former senior contracting officer, Christoph has diverse and extensive government contracts experience across the Air Force, Navy, Pentagon, and Office of the Secretary of Defense. He also previously served special details as an Air Force JAG acquisitions attorney and a procurement analyst for Air Force Space Command.
