She progressed from managing large proposal efforts that resulted in firm-fixed price contracts for hundreds of millions to managing proposal departments. Currently she manages a department of proposal professionals for ManpowerGroup headquarters, supporting headquarters, North America, and strategic global accounts. She is foundation certified, and an alumnus of the University of Maryland. Personally, she is a mom of two teen daughters, distance runs for fun, and loves sailing.
