APMP's Winning Business Virtual Experience will be organized to provide a constant stream of content and interaction for attendees to enjoy at specific times as well as at their leisure throughout all 32 hours of the conference.
Featured Sessions will happen regularly throughout all hours of the event, with live presentations and interaction with attendees via Q&A and/or chat (or both).
For many sessions, prerecorded presentations will be available immediately when the conference launches. Those sessions will be augmented by a scheduled Q&A session with the Presenter, at a specific time during the
Small group breakouts (like "Zoom meetings") with a variety of themes and topics will be common throughout the conference, for live attendee interaction with SMEs and notable industry veterans.
Networking and social events will be presented as well (learn more below).
All live sessions will be recorded and available immediately to all attendees.

Expect to see bite-size learning sessions, lasting from 5-15 minutes. Search for "pecha kucha" on the internet (seriously - it's safe).
We'll also have sessions that are more exploratory (about 30-60 minutes). Attendees may observe a small group of 5 or 6 people openly discussing a topic, with an opportunity to join the conversation themselves. Early sessions will be
dedicated solely to producing ideas for...more sessions! After a mini "call for presentations" to the attendees, some of the sessions will be added to the agenda later in the conference.
Of course we expect you'll want to actually relax and get social, right? Ever take a mixology class with your peers? Watch a movie while chatting with colleagues? How about some simple fitness for an hour? Yoga? Or perhaps later in the day a live-DJ
dance party will be the relief you're looking for? We'll have attendees covered with that kind of programming too - this is why the event is called the Winning Business Virtual Experience. The key word is EXPERIENCE.
And finally, we'll have the traditional sessions, with lectures and panels from the brightest in our industry, with the topics about which everyone wants to learn more.
Attendees will explore topics related to every aspect of winning business, including:
- capture/BD strategy and competitive intelligence
- documenting solutions
- bid/proposal production and management
- developing solutions
- pricing and cost narrative development
- documenting legal/contracts
- bid/proposal delivery
- presentation preparation
Other sessions will cover topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion; general professional development; and APMP-specific content such as certification, chapters, and committee-related topics.
Committed WBVE-exclusive Presenters
The list grows larger every day, as we're working with presenters all over the world to lock in their session topic and schedule.

Also presenting and/or hosting small group interactions will be APMP chapters, committees, and staff.
