Event Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time by contacting Member Services. We will honor transfers reported in advance.

If a registration is canceled on or before February 27, 2025, we will refund the registration.

If a registration is canceled on or before April 12, 2025, we will refund 50% of the registration fee paid originally (Early Bird or Regular).

If a registration is canceled on or after April 13, 2025, there will be no refunds for cancellations. Again, registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time, provided we are notified ahead of time.

Registration substitutions are gladly accepted. A substitution is permitted before the conference by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of approval by the registration holder. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
