Diane has been working with RFQs, proposals and proposal-based technology for more than twenty years. She was an early employee of Pragmatech, a pioneer and leader in proposal automation, where she ultimately served as Director of Professional Services. During her work with this and other technologies, she has helped customers across virtually all industries and of all sizes implementing RFP & Proposal-based applications, including SaaS-based models and on-premise solutions. An educator by trade, Diane enjoys not only assisting customers with first-time implementations, but also working with customers to expand their skills and build processes over time. She is an Accredited Member of APMP and a graduate of Purdue University (BA - 1994) and Rivier University (MS - 2006). Outside of the world of proposals, Diane is active in the community as a volunteer for the Greater Nashua YMCA STORM swim team and Big Brothers Big Sisters."
